hey kids! sorry it's been so long since my last blog - i moved last weekend and things have (obviously) been a little up in the air! it was a GREAT move, thanks in large part to carl and vicki deaton, matt chester and jason berkowitz. so much love to them! the new place is great so far - a little lonely, but ok. my tv isn't working yet - so i've been watching an insane amount of movies, which is wonderful! my bed has also not yet arrived, but the couch is good for now! i have a hectic week ahead with a harry potter watching party on wed nite and an AFI (american film institute) cocktail party (thanks to my dear friend mitch!) on thurs. i am mad excited about thurs - should be a great time! and this weekend i am paintin my apt! yay for creativity! i'm thinking yellow and something other than yellow for the bathroom. my only thing is that the bathroom is going to be my sports haven (i.e. where all my lance / tyler / A's posters will go) so the coloring should be interesting . . . any suggestions?

work is going good, things have calmed down a bit and i am now supervising 2 interns - which rocks! there are great guys and i am so excited about all the stuff i'll be able to get done now! as always work is such a bi-polar existance, there are times where i have way too much to do, and times where i feel quasi-pointless (i.e. now). but they balance each other and sometimes it's nice to just be able to blog . . .

but of course, as i say that, things come up. one quick political thought: bush has spent over $70 billion in ads to discredit Kerry and he has yet to drop in the polls . . . no comment needed. that stats speak for themselves. HRC in 2008
